How to Apply to Our Programs

Deciding to pursue a career in beauty is a powerful step, and enrolling at Beautiful Luxe School of Cosmetology is designed to be simple, supportive, and stress-free. Here’s what to expect:

Take a Tour

Seeing is believing. Whether you choose an in-person or virtual tour, you’ll get a firsthand look at our creative space, meet our educators, explore financing options, and gain a clear understanding of what your day-to-day at Beautiful Luxe could look like.

Submit Your Application

After your tour, you will complete a short application and pay a $75 application fee. Our admissions coordinator will go over flexible financial options with you, including scholarships, grants, and pay-as-you-go plans, so you feel confident moving forward.

Once accepted, you will choose your start date, complete enrollment, and join a community committed to seeing you win. Our goal is to make your transition into beauty school smooth and inspiring, every step of the way.

ENROLLMENT GUIDELINES

To be eligible for enrollment, students must meet certain requirements. If you’re invited to continue the application process, you then must provide a copy of the following required documents:

  • A cover letter stating your goals and beliefs

  • Must be 17 or older

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Valid photo ID

We proudly accept up to 750 transfer hours from other licensed cosmetology programs. All transferred hours must align with our curriculum requirements and be supported by official documentation

If you’re under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian will be required to co-sign your enrollment agreement before your registration is finalized.

We review transcripts on a case-by-case basis. To be considered, transcripts must be official, clearly display your graduation date, and meet acceptance standards set by the Department of Education. Please note: college transcripts cannot be used as proof of a GED.

    Ready to lead the next generation? Our Instructor Program is designed for licensed professionals who want to teach. You’ll learn how to mentor, manage a classroom, and deliver impactful instruction—while sharpening your own understanding of the craft.

  • 1500 Hours Completed In 2 Years

    Our CTE Cosmetology Program partners with local districts to give high school students a head start toward licensure. With hands-on training and classroom instruction, students can earn transferable hours and explore a career in beauty—before graduation.

Is Financial Aid Available?
While we currently do not offer FAFSA, we’re committed to making beauty school more accessible. Beautiful Luxe accepts publicly affiliated grants and scholarships, including local, county, and workforce-based opportunities. We also offer flexible in-house payment plans starting at just $500 per month, and have partnered with Denefits to provide up to 36 months of financing with 100% approval and no credit check required. We believe financial concerns shouldn’t block your path to a career in beauty.

What Types of Schedules Are Offered?
We know time matters—especially when you're balancing work, family, and personal goals. That’s why we offer flexible part-time hybrid classes to help you pursue your cosmetology license on a schedule that works for you. Whether you're ready to immerse yourself or need something more adaptable, we've got you covered.

Are There Opportunities Beyond the Classroom?
Absolutely. We believe education extends beyond textbooks. You will experience hands-on training, guest educator sessions, portfolio building, and opportunities to participate in real-world events that prepare you for success both on and off the salon floor.

What Should Be Included in My Letter of Intent?
Your letter of intent is your chance to tell your story. In 300–500 words, share why you’re passionate about the beauty industry, what led you to Beautiful Luxe, and how you plan to make an impact as a future beauty professional. This is your moment to shine, authenticity matters.

Yes! Our curriculum blends natural haircare techniques, business education, and state board preparation to help you graduate confident and career-ready. Our instructors are not only licensed professionals but also industry mentors who are invested in your success beyond the classroom.
